Get enough sleep and go to sleep at an early hour. You can muscle test to determine your ideal bedtime. For most people it is between 10:00 and 11:00PM. Get sufficient rest and relaxation.

Exercise regularly, at least 3 times a week (swimming, brisk walking, biking, dancing, active sports). Avoid exercising in times when air is usually poor.

Only swim in a chlorinated pool if it has a pool energizer in it.

Switch mercury fillings to plastic; clean out root canals.

Get daily exposure to sunlight for 10 - 15 min. (without sunglasses), early in the morning or after 3:00 PM.

Do deep breathing of clean air.

Eliminate or minimize your use of tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
